Ingredients

  • 1/2
    Banana
  • 2
    Eggs
  • ½ Cups
    Apple and Berries muesli
  • ¼ Cups
    almond meal
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    baking soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    vanilla essence
  • ½ Teaspoons
    cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon
    desiccated cocconut

Methods

  1. 1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor on high and then spoon out the mixture onto a hot non-stick pan to make small pikelets.

  2. 2. Top with your choice of nut butter, greek yoghurt, berries, banana or even shredded coconut.
