1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees celcius, and line baking tray with baking paper.
2. Pulse muesli for 5 seconds to slightly grind ingredients.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined batter is formed.
4. Roll into 10 balls and flatten into cookie shapes on baking tray.
5. Bake for 30 minutes.
6. Let cool for at least 20 minutes.
