Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    of flour of choice
  • 2
    Eggs
  • 1 Cup
    reduced fat milk
  • 2 Tablespoons
    coconut sugar
  • 1 ½ Cup
    Classic Fruit & Nut muesli
  • 2
    Ripe bananas
  • 10
    Pitted dates

Methods

  1. 1. Combine flour, sugar, eggs and milk together in large bowl.

  2. 2. Add muesli and stir through.

  3. 3. Chop bananas and dates and stir through the mixture.

  4. 4. Pour into a lined baking tin and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C until skewer inserted comes out clean.

  5. 5. Enjoy!
