1. Mix flour, cinnamon, coconut sugar, milk and eggs together in a bowl.
2. Stir through muesli, pepitas, sunflower seeds and peanuts.
3. Stir through chopped bananas and raspberries.
4. Pour into lined baking tin and cook for 30 minutes at 180°C.
5. Optional: once cooked, melt the butter in microwave and drizzle over slice, sprinkle with extra coconut sugar.
