Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup
    almond flour

  • 1/4 Cup
    Nut Lovers Muesli
  • 2 Tablespoons
    almond butter (or natural nut butter of choice)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
    vanilla essence
  • ½ Tablespoons
    cocoa
  • ½ Tablespoons
    natvia
  • 3 Tablespoons
    coconut oil
  • Desiccated coconut to roll bliss balls in.

Methods

  1. 1. Ground muesli on high in a food processor for 10 seconds.

  2. 2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix on medium/high speed till everything is combined into a smooth batter.

  3. 3. Roll into balls (should make about 6) and cover lightly in desiccated coconut.

  4. 4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  5. 5. Enjoy!
